This home recieved the same treatment as prior homes.  We started by removing the windows and metal siding, raping in Tyvek, installing double pane vinyl frame windows and Hardyplank stucco finish siding.  We are taking up where we start addressing the roof and this one gets a carport.

This mobile home was constructed with a 2x6 band at the top of the walls.  We decided to use the band to attach the joist for the carport.

To create an eave we typically glue and screw 2x4's to the roof trusses but this time we decided to incorporate the 2x6 band and use blocks to create the eave.

The existing roof metal was removed and 1x4 nailing strips were attached to the roof trusses.

Then standing seam metal roofing was installed.

Soffit and fascia material were installed.
